SHOP POLICY:
I am not liable for packages once they are shipped. If anything happens to your package during transit, it is not my responsibility.
Please keep in mind that I do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations on any items, since the candles are made in small batches, so be sure of your order before placing your purchase.
SHIPPING:
Shipment days are only Monday-Wednesday to make sure they arrive to their destination safely and not stuck at the postal station for multiple days. ♡
If you placed multiple orders and would like to combine your shipping, please contact us at bloomingkosmosshop@gmail.com and let us know as soon as possible. Excess shipping fees will be refunded once the order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Package with tracking included.
- Domestic shipping (within the USA) is determined by shipping location and the weight of goods.
- At this moment, there is no international shipping being offered.
- If you need a special shipping method, please contact us.
